Always stay nice and warm - that will be our slogan for the first couple of weeks. But not only Berlin in the rest of Eastern Europe will be quite cold during January, also Georgia and the Pamir might await us with cold and snowy winter weather. What follows the cold, won't be sun shine, we can expect a lot of rain during June/July in South-East Asia. Following the saying: There is no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes", we are going to prepare well and take quite a bit of function wear with us. We know, it starts to smell relatively quick, but it dries really fast and is still quite warm. During winter and the Monsoon, it is important to get your cloths dry in a short time, in order to be able to slip into "fresh" cloths in the evening. During the Indic Monsoon we might not even bother putting any cloths on and cycle have naked. As we do not plan on cycling the entire time just lightly dressed, we will bring a fleece sweater, rain cloths and a light-weight down jacket along, to comfort ourselves at cold nights and mornings.
